In this paper, research the pure electric bus transmission system design, parameters matching, performance simulation and comprehensive performance test analysis. Based on the analysis of the basic structure of power transmission system of pure electric bus, and has carried on the comprehensive comparison, determine the transmission scheme adopted by the project. The starting key technology, matching parameters of pure electric bus power system matching design point and the factors to be considered in the discussion, starting from the goal of technology combined with the requirements of the prototype vehicle related parameters, main technical parameters on the motor, batteries and the reducer is designed and calculated. Part of the motor, battery ADVISOR2002modeling ideas and methods based on the basic requirements, considering the dynamic condition, establishment based on MATLAB/SIMULINK motor, batteries, control system, the driver and transmission system model, and according to the forward simulation based backward simulation supplemented by the way, in accordance with the mode of transmission of vehicle real power flow and data flow, building up the whole vehicle simulation model.Calculation model based on the simulation of vehicle performance, power and economy of the vehicle by the analysis of the simulation, the simulation results show that the scheme and parameters selection to meet the design requirements, and based on the simulation results, the matching of the motor and battery system to do a brief analysis. Finally, in the Beijing Department of Transportation traffic comprehensive test field, the sample were measured and the power and economy performance test, and the test results and the simulation results were compared and analyzed, pointing out that the test results and the simulation results although there are some deviations, such as acceleration time is within2S, the highest rate of deviation in energy consumption10%, basically meet the expected requirements. In addition, through the contrast of the test conditions of energy recovery and limit energy recovery rate, further explained the energy recovery vehicle rate is extremely high, fully illustrated with great advantages of vehicle control and battery energy recovery.In this paper, aiming at the special requirements for the power system of the electric vehicle, the power of pure electric bus assembly and Simulation of matching key components of the system, to further improve vehicle performance, provides the theory basis, some technical references and research methods.
