With the development of the modern industrial construction,more and more transportation of over-size,over-weight industrial equipments are transported on highways. Large-scale transportation since the total material, shaft material characteristics, transport along the bridge will inevitably cause great effect on safety.In China, Highway bridge design load specifications was changed somewhat for several times,the《General Specification for Highway Bridge Design》(JTG D60-2004)stipulate bridge structure design should lane loading instead of the original design specification fleet load, blurred load control and other large transport vehicles overloaded. In this paper, Large-scale transportation Chongqing highway traffic situation as the basis, control of large-scale transportation loads of work to do the following:①Access records by Chongqing highway large-scale transportation, determine the passage of several large-scale transportation major highway, several high-speed sections of this bridge on the statistical analysis of the bridge, span, determine the load of a conventional bridge control.②Describes the current large-scale transportation determine whether security through two methods commonly used in bridge and pointed out weaknesses of each method. Describes the methods used to assess the current carrying capacity of the old bridge, comparative analysis that the carrying capacity assessment procedures should be adopted methods.③In order to more accurately calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of prestressed concrete bridge old, existing reinforced concrete assessment of the carrying capacity of the old bridge conversion formula, determine the carrying capacity of the old bridge prestressed concrete reduction factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.④Considered when the bridge load limit is still using a reliable indicator of the design goals was unreasonable, proposed bridge structure in determining when the maximum load limit, target reliability index should be lower than the target reliability index0.5specification approach. According to the principles of best value and the partial factor method using the checking point out the value of large-scale transportation load factor. ⑤Large-scale transportation by short bridges are load, only consider the carrying capacity of the bridge when the proposed limit state checking, without considering the limit state.
