Research On Transit Development Strategy Of The Outskirts Of The Circle Expressway In Chongqing

As the cycle expressway was fully completed, Chongqing became "Ring Two". However, suburban development of Chongqing cycle expressway has come under extreme stress caused by the public transport system which is relatively underdeveloped. In order to solute the abuse happened in Chongqing suburbanization, this paper reached the adjacent suburban of Chongqing cycle expressway on development strategy of public transportation. Based on the analysis of main problem about road passenger transportation, the article compared other improved foreign cities experience and lessons for reference, summarized the layout of urban development industries and residents in Chongqing, and put forward some useful suggestions and strategy which will fit for the cycle suburban area of public transport.The article focused on management mechanism of public transport development strategy and bus industries. When the development strategy of suburban public transport of the cycle road were analyzed, development ideas were put forward, including the fundament in national economy,visitor guidance, security and stability, the cycle road closure, and policy supporting. In development modes, we should develop the rail network, form network priority and rail connections,connect from one level of nodes to inner ring road, extend the original line radiation,and build transfer hub in additional lines. Based on studying the management mechanism of public transport industry, this article came up with regional bus service industry for the second ring suburbs exit from the regulatory mechanism, market access, system fare system, financial subsidy mechanism. Finally, the article gave the second ring suburban regional public transport running the implementation of the programme, and in a second-ring suburb of the bus driving behavior of actual cases to be argued.
