Study On The Key Factors Affecting The Quality Of Substation Construction

Electricity is one of the important pillar industries of the national economy, substation project is an important part of the power system, and its importance is self-evident. Substation project is an important hub for transmission and distribution of electricity, its quality and safety will affect the operation safety of the project itself, and even also have a significant impact on power quality and security of the entire power system. Substation construction process a large number of materials and equipment of high quantity performance, thus the number of factors affecting Substation project quality is large. At present, there are some bad points in the quality management of substation construction. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to identify the factors that influence the quality of the substation project to provide theoretical guidance for the quality management of the project as soon as possible.First, the paper analyzes the status of substation quality management at home and abroad to study the content related to quality management of construction projects in detail with the method of literature study, including concepts, characteristics, significance and content of quality management; then, the paper explores the characteristics and content of the substation project quality management. And the paper determines the quality evaluation criteria of substation excellent performance from the perspective of substation project itself and the project stakeholders.Secondly, the paper analyzes the process for the formation of the substation construction quality, and identified a list of factors affecting the quality of the first round of substation engineering with literature study; Furthermore the paper make use of expert interviews to determine the factors that affect the quality of the substation project on the combination of quality properties of the substation to lay foundation for the subsequent questionnaire design.Finally, the paper designed questionnaire and conducted the quality research for the project with the actual situation of Chongqing nine500kV substation project. The paper made use of reliability analysis and factor analysis to test the questionnaire data, simplify the data structure, and divide the original factors into nine categories. Furthermore the paper filtered out eight key factors affecting substation engineering quality with integration of regression analysis. The paper summarized the quality management experience of Chongqing Nine disk500kV substation project to verify the reliability and significance of the identified key factors. The paper systematically studied critical factors affecting substation project quality management with a variety of methods, to provide a theoretical reference for quality management of substation project.
