Research On Quality Management Of 66kV Nongfeng Transformer Substation Reconstruction Engineering

In recent years,State Grid Corporation of China has been increasing investment in rural power grid construction,and the task of substation construction is the top priority.According to the "14th five year plan" of power grid planning,the task of rural power grid construction in the next five years is still heavy.From the perspective of the implementation effect of substation transformation projects in the past,the construction unit still hasn't got rid of the quality management habit of empiricism in the construction process,and didn't apply scientific quality management methods to the construction process,resulting in frequent quality problems after the project is put into production.In this paper,the quality management process of 66 k V Nongfeng substation transformation project is studied,so that the quality management level of the project has been significantly improved.First of all,through the analysi s of the basic situation and quality objectives of 66 k V Nongfeng substation reconstruction project,this paper combs the general quality management status quo,quality management process and possible problems of quality management of this kind of reconstruction project,and then establishes the index system that affects the project quality management by using the analytic hierarchy process,and studies the main factors that affect the project quality management,and these factors are also the focus of quality control.Furthermore,effective measures for quality management improvement are formulated,and specific improvement measures are put forward for construction process quality control,quality acceptance and quality assurance.Finally,in view of the impl ementation of the improvement work,practical guarantee measures are put forward from four aspects of system,organization,materials and technology,so as to make the improvement task of project quality management feasible.
