The Research Of Key Factors Of Coustruction Project Quality Management

Construction industry is an important department engaged in material production of national economy, and also is the important material base of people’s life. It is closely related to the national economic development and people’s life improvement. Since1978, with the construction market scale expanding, the domestic construction industry production value has increased more than20times. The added value of construction industry has risen in GDP from3.8%to7.0%, which plays an important role of stimulating the national economic growth.In the actual construction of project project construction, quality is one of the many construction project was beset with problems, quality management is not only the architectural engineering construction component, but also guarantee the quality of construction engineering project,the foundation of engineering construction and the key to the success or failure of engineering construction.According to the above target and needs, this paper mainly concludes the latest research results about the influent factors of construction project quality, and summarizes the quality evaluation methods of construction project at home and abroad. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes specific factors impacting the quality management of the project construction of Fangshan transformer substation in Changle County. With the analyzing pattern of quality influence, this paper quantifies the extent of influent factors to the construction quality, with the purpose of improving the managing level of this project and enhancing the competitiveness of the transformer substation project under market economy. Finally, based on experts visiting and on-the-spot investigation, it further clarifies the key factors impacting the project quality of engineering construction, in order to provide theoretical basis for perfecting present quality management system in China.Through the study of this paper, it is concluded that the key factors that influence the quality management of engineering construction include: comprehensive quality of builders, the quality of materials and equipment, technology level and establishing and improving the whole quality management system of engineering project.
