Wifi Control Of LED Lighting Based On Android Platform

The traditional lighting control system with complex wiring and figurelarge structure is suitable for outdoor lighting.In this paper, the Wifi control mode isproposed. This type of control mode is suitable for indoor lighting with simpleorganizational structure.The research is mainly to develop one kind of LED lightingcontrol software using Android client based on Android platform.By operating thesoftware can control the lighting effect of LED lamps which is connected toembedded Wifi module.Wifi wireless communication module is the core componentwhich to realize the LED lighting control effect. The results and conclusions are asfollowing:1. Study and design the electric schematic diagram of Wifi communicationmodule, the Wifi module framework and transplantation of Wifi module.In this part,research mainly study and select the Wifi module core chip, thetcircuit schematic diagram of Wifi module, Wifi module frame structure, and thetransplantation of Wifi module. Android process mainly through the use of Wifi classto manage the Wifi module.Wifi class can get the state of Wifi module,configure andcontrol the Wifi module to realize all functions by using WifiService class.The paperstudy the Android Socket communication mechanism with client and servicer.2.Design and implement LED lighting control software based on the Androidplatform.This section design the software framework for LED lighting control.Accordingto the framework, emphasis is to design different functional modules,including theuser landing module,scanning and connecting Wifi hot equipment module,LEDmonochromatic light regulation module and LED RGB light regulation module.Thekey point of software design is switching mechanism between Activity and Activityof the Android program,and realization between wireless communicatio protocol ofWifi module and Android program.Finaly,the software can successfully controllighting effects of LED lamps.
