Solar lighting system is gradually applied to traffic lighting,home lighting and industrial lighting because of its advantages of low cost,easy installation and no pollution.With the development of lighting control system,people no longer meet the traditional lighting mode,more and more pursue simple,convenient and intelligent lighting mode.Therefore,in view of the problems of low energy utilization efficiency,high power consumption,lack of light intensity compensation and complex control in a specific environment in solar lighting system,based on the use of solar photovoltaic energy and mobile devices based on Android system,an intelligent solar lighting control system is proposed.The intelligent solar lighting system based on Android includes solar energy acquisition module,power storage module,data acquisition module,control module and Android based mobile control module.The solar energy acquisition module is composed of solar energy acquisition board and maximum power tracking control unit,which realizes the real-time tracking of the maximum power point of solar lighting system.A power storage module consists of DC chopper circuit,USB interface power supply circuit,lithium battery and its protection circuit,which realizes the transmission conversion,storage and power output of solar energy.The data acquisition module consists of temperature,humidity,light intensity,human sensor and battery voltage and current signal acquisition unit.The control module is composed of MCU control unit and Wi Fi wireless transmitting unit to realize data analysis,processing,transmission and control of solar lighting system.The mobile control module based on Android is composed of user login unit,Wi Fi connection unit,lighting control unit,data analysis and processing unit.It realizes the functions of receiving and processing Wi Fi signals and centralized control,timing control and remote control of lighting in solar lighting system.Finally,Aiming at the problems of low energy efficiency,high power consumption,lack of light intensity compensation and complex control in the solar lighting system,max power tracking test,system power consumption test,illumination compensation test,Wi Fi communication test and lithium battery charge and discharge test were carried out respectively.Based on the results,The average output power of the solar energy acquisition module increased by 5.66% using the maximum power tracking control algorithm,The maximum can be increased by 6.87%.According to the system power test results,Average current value of control module of solar lighting system is only 0.28 m A,static And the average current loss of hardware module is only 0.7375 m.A meet the requirements of low power design.Meanwhile,the 7-day illumination compensation test at 500 Lx and 1000 Lx were respectively,and the experimental data was collected from 6 to 9 a.m.and 16 to 19 p.m.The experimental analysis found that when the external illumination intensity was below500 Lx or 1000 Lx,the solar lighting system can compensate the difference of the preset illumination intensity according to the external illumination intensity change,and achieve the preset illumination compensation error within 80Lx.
