The auto electric pedal is mainly used on transportation means with a large body, such as off-road vehicle or motor home, for the convenience of women and children to get on or off. The pedal controller is the core electronic part controlling the auto pedal to stretch out and take back.At present, our company develops a new generation auto pedal controller. To confirm whether the product meets the standard of mass production, its comprehensive performance should be tested during the traveling. However, the existing test equipment in our company cannot meet the current test demands, so a vehicle-mounted real-time monitoring system is developed in this paper in view of this controller, which can conduct real-time monitoring of15characteristic parameters of the pedal controller at the same time and then realize the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the comprehensive performance of the controller by the conjoint analysis of monitoring data. The main contents of the research are as follows:(1) Analyze the working principle of electric pedal controller, summarize its circuit characteristics, divide the hardware circuit into6different modules based on this and then complete the distribution of test points according to the different characteristics of each module.(2) With vehicle battery, converter, data acquisition card, tested controller and computer as the main hardware unit, complete the scheme design and realization of hardware circuit system; with LabVIEW as the development platform, complete the construction of high-speed data acquisition mechanism, high-efficiency data storage method, data query, report printing and fault tree and the design and realization of data backup in the system.(3) Conduct detailed monitoring data analysis and uncertainty analysis of the real-time monitoring system of auto electric pedal controller. It is verified that the accuracy of data monitoring by the system is higher than the demand accuracy and conforms to the design requirements based on the experimental data.The real-time monitoring system developed in the paper is characterized by complete monitoring data, less redundant storage data, rapid query speed and accurate fault diagnosis. The system is confirmed to conform to the design requirements and work stably and reliably after a large number of experimental verification.
