In response to the needs of rocket skid data testing,combined with the research indicators of the subject,this paper designs a skid-mounted large-capacity high-speed data acquisition and storage module design scheme based on FPGA+STM32,which not only has data storage,but also has data processing,judgment and control functions..This subject adopts modular design ideas,and divides the hardware circuit and logic circuit into analog storage module,digital storage module,serial data storage module,and synchronous trigger module according to the type of acquisition signal.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Design the overall scheme of the system:use high-speed AD chip for data collection,use large-capacity SD card to buffer data,and use Ethernet transmission technology to send SD card buffered data to the host computer for subsequent data processing.The overall block diagram of the system was designed according to the system scheme,and the hardware circuit design of the system was realized.According to the system functions and indicators,the core chip selection and module circuit schematic design were carried out.2)Complete the reliability design of the module.Due to the particularity of the rocket sled test,the anti-vibration,anti-electromagnetic interference,temperature range and other factors need to be considered when designing the module.Combining the relevant technical index requirements of the subject,this subject has met the environmental indicator requirements of the subject through three-level anti-vibration buffer design,isolation circuit design and chip selection,and completed the reliability design of the module.3)System FPGA+STM32 control logic design and implementation,design and implementation of dual-channel analog signal,digital signal,serial port data signal acquisition,SD card storage and Ethernet transmission,as well as the synchronous trigger acquisition of the above-mentioned module signals and various The control function of module storage data transmission to the upper computer is realized.4)Build the hardware and software platform for the realization of the system function:use Modelsim and Chipscope simulation software to simulate the logic circuit of each module,and carry out the function test of each module and the overall function verification of the system in a laboratory environment.The results show that the system design Can meet the design index requirements.
