Research On The Hot-press Process And Performance Of Environmental Biomass Material

As Fossil resources like coal and oil are running out and the environment become worse dayby day, developing and using renewable green source have been noticed all over the world andbecome the trend of the development of technology in the future. As a kind of green source biomasshave the advantage of degradable, renewable and environmental friendly. Biomass material is animportant way to use biomass resource, use biomass to produce environmental packaging materialcreates a new way to utilize biomass material, and develop new source of packaging material. Soenvironmental biomass material is a new research direction, which have a bright future.This paper studied articles of aboard and native authors, choose water hyacinth as the rawmaterial, based on hot-press process, and produce a new environmental packaging material asMedium Density Fiberboard(MDF) used in packaging, and use a corresponding way to test andjudge the property of the material. Research contents including:(1) Analysis the studies about hot-press process of biomass packaging material, ensure thegeneral mind to produce biomass packaging material by hot-press;(2) According to the characteristic of water hyacinth, design a new suitable hot-press mould,and check the applicability of the mould;(3) Make the addition formulation of environmental biomass packaging material, and arrangeorthogonal experiment of factors: formulation, temperature and pressure. According to the propertyrequirements of MDF. Test the moisture content, stability, elastic modules, water proof of thesample, and select proper index to judge the comprehensive property. The result shows that, whenadding0.8%sodium alginate,2%urea,1%paraffin; the temperature150℃, pressure10MPa, thematerial has the best property.(4) Gain the centralized constitutive model of biomass packaging material, use theexperimental date to fit the model and to check the accuracy of the modelThe research shows that biomass packaging materials made by hot-press process have goodcomprehensive property. Using the water hyacinth as raw material,developed the new source ofpackaging material, and offered a new way to prevent the pollution caused by water hyacinth.
