This article studies The water hyacinth double cutting collection device used to separate the roots and leaves of the water hyacinth, according to the growth characteristics of the water hyacinth, the structure of the water hyacinth double cutting collection ship was designed, and the simulation and finite element analysis have been done of the dividing shear device of the roots and leaves of the water hyacinth as one of the important working parts.First studies the research status at home and abroad about the double cutting collection of the water hyacinth, and in-depth analysis the operating environment of the water hyacinth double cutting collection vessel, according to the design parameters and design requirements, determine the performance parameters and size parameters of the water hyacinth double cutting collection vessel, and the composition of the whole work system was preliminarily known, then the parameter values were worked out of the dividing shear device. The 3D models of the each part of the water hyacinth double cutting collection vessel were established by using the SolidWorks software, then the whole system and each part was analyzed.After that the components and parts of the roots and leaves of the water hyacinth were preliminary selected, and the related parameters were determined. The force analysis was done of the stressed component of the dividing shear device, and using ADAMS virtual prototype software to do dynamic simulation for the dividing shear device. Under the different cutting methods, to research the stress of the roots and leaves dividing shear device, cutting speed, the torque, so as to find out the best way to cut. But the different cutting angle on the best cutting way also have a certain influence on the cutting effect, the ADAMS simulation for the different angles of the best cutting way, also can obtain the stress, cutting speed and the torque for each angle of the roots and leaves dividing shear device, analyze its final cutting plan, so as to achieve the purpose of process optimization of the dividing shear device.After the design of the double cutting collection of the water hyacinth is completed, the roots and leaves dividing shear device as whose main components must be analyzed respectively. If using the traditional checking method to analysis, those issues, low efficiency, complex calculation, and low calculation precision, will be appear. So this research with the help of finite element analysis method will check the strength of the blunt extension of the dividing shear device in the water hyacinth double cutting collection vessel, by calculating the load bearing, using the simulation plug-in in the SolidWorks software to finish the finite element analysis for the blunt extension, and analysis the designed structure and size of the blunt extension whether meet the job requirements of the dividing shear device, and which can’t meet the requirements will be optimized.In this paper, the double cutting collection of the water hyacinth studied is used to split and collect the water hyacinth as an organic whole mechanized devices, which can not only effectively reduce pollution of the water hyacinth, also can maximize the water hyacinth utilization value into full play, greatly save labor, reduce the cost of production, improve the production efficiency. And then using the powerful computing capacity of the computer to establish the 3D models, complete appliance assemblage, analysis of parts, optimization, which not only can save time and ensure the rationality and economy at the same time, but also play a guidance and reference for the design of other products.
