With the prosperity of the country, the prosperity and development of economy, people’smaterial life level improving, at the same time it is the quality of the space environment ontheir life put forward higher requirements. In the era of experience economy, experienceis integrated into every consumer’s life, to a certain extent, has become a kindof common people’s life demand, or has become a way of life and attitude. At the sametime, in this case, the space itself has become a commodity, become theobject of consumption. The popularity of a specific space often depends on whether thespaces can move the person, namely whether can satisfy the target group of spatial experience.People not only pay attention to the space needs are satisfied, also look in space activitiesbecome experience personalized, and pay attention to experience emotional need.At the same time, the relationship between product and human has changed, hasbeen extended by simple tools into the personal, emotional and ability, It requires that werethink the traditional commercial and economic mode: the attributes of goods, the definitionand value judgment. Under the dual background of both experience economy and mobileInternet, the boundary between consumers, users, producers and creators become fuzzy,companies have to rethink the enterprise strategy, design process and the maintenance of userrelationship.This paper plans to conduct studies on the concept of space experience. Perspectivesfrom the function attribute of space (material) turn to people’s spatial experience. Throughthe phenomenology of perception and psychology and other related theory to research thespace experience of customers, summarize the breakthrough point to coincide with the currenteconomy and enterprise development, then using the theory of service design and practice asa guide to building a consumer led, ways to meet their own development space required, andtry to display the panorama of a new business model under the experience economy.There are six chapters in the dissertation. Chapter One is the introduction, put forwardthe research question, It explains the research background in economy, culture, science andtechnology and design. Explain the purpose and significance of the research and innovation,to determine the overall framework of research methods, the main research contents andmethod of research. Chapter Two through relevant theoretical to research the space experience,conduct a comprehensive analysis and summarized of space experience, sum up itsconnotation, characteristics and nature, build theoretic foundation and guide for the latedesign. Chapter Three, introduce the design theoretic of product service system, and its valueand function in this paper, establish the guiding method of product service system design.Chapter Four, by using the method of design of product service system, to Home Furnishingspace was studied as an example, guide the investigation and research of furnishing market and customer. After the final analysis, the induction and the summary, the preliminary modelthat Home Furnishing customization service system. Chapter Five, according to theinvestigation and analysis of Home Furnishing trade market and users are doing, andcombining with the experience economy this trend of the times and other basic design theory,put forward the general principles, in order to guide the construction of the HomeFurnishing customization service system. Chapter Six, according to the preamble of HomeFurnishing industry market and research of typical user role, in view of the existing demandand realistic contradiction, and on the basis of several main principles, overall position forHome Furnishing customization service system, modeling and prototype design of the wholeHome Furnishing customization service system with service design, finally, the HomeFurnishing customization service system are presented in the form of design practice. Theconclusion part is the summary of this research, points out the possibility of the existence ofdeficiencies and follow-up research, and the future development trend is prospected.
