Pervious concrete is a new concrete material which volume is mainly formed by the accumulation of coarse aggregate, Therefore, it has ecological effect which ordinary concrete has not. It has been regarded by many researchers and scholars at home and abroad,due to its high water permeability, sound-absorbing noise reduction, water storage ability and good decorative. At present, the research on this aspect of pervious concrete is not yet mature, and there is no complete and feasible design specification for reference, related research theory and method has yet to be further research. Therefore, in order to better promote the popularization of this new type of material, water permeability concrete, Continue to do meticulous theoretical discussion and experimental research is particularly important. In this paper, I do a lot of work on the performance study of pervious concrete, Specific work content is as follows:1.In this paper, most materials used in the experiment combined with the principle of experiment using local materials. Volume method is selected through analysis and comparison of design schemes finally, Based on utilizing porosity method, and gelling slurry volume, coarse aggregate volume and pore volume is the sum of the three goals to one cubic meter. The principle of volume method reference CJJ/T135-2009"regulations of technology of permeable cement concrete pavement" mainly in process of design. On the design of pervious concrete mix proportion, and verify its feasibility.2. In the process of experiment, the process, such as mixing, molding, maintenance and so on,should apart from normal concrete. In addition, this paper reference the principle of Macroporous concrete permeability experiment from Chen Zhi shan, determine permeable coefficient using the Water meter that designed by myself.3.Orthogonal experiment method is slected after screening and comparison experiment method, This paper uses four levels and five factors, five factors is the dosage of cement, ceramsite grain size, water-binder ratio, the design of porosity and dosage of fly ash. After experimental results of statistics, using orthogonal design assistant software to analyze it, it is concluded that the main factors influence the concrete strength and permeability permeable coefficien. And analyzes the relationship between the permeable coefficient and compressive strength of pervious concrete. Discuss how to select a right mix in the process of design to juggle permeable concrete strength and permeable coefficient, so as to achieve the corresponding requirements.4. In the case of fully combined with local rainfall, the theory and design of pervious concrete drainage system is studied and discussed.
