RPtechnology with high precision and high difficulty Bioengineering prefabricatedmedical rehabilitation became effective way to solve the problem.In this paper, calcined sheep vertebrae biphasic ceramics and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) ratio to do the molding material, hydroxyapatite (HAP) and sodium alginate(SA) ratio of support material used to make fast pneumatic extrusion molding process.Preparation for rapid prototyping bone scaffold technology and equipment foranalysis, to study the deployment of proportion material impact on the scanning speed,pneumatic pressure and low temperature drying and after forming factors such as hightemperature sintering of alveolar bone quality. Alveolar artificial scaffold prepared bythis process has a good appearance and morphology of the pore structure, the internalsupport structure having a three-dimensional simulation of bone tissue, can providespace for bone growth and activation of new bone thin, have good biodegradability,mechanical properties, etc., may be used to repair bone tissue defects.In this paper, artificial alveolar molding animal model experiments to detect theosteogenic potential and degradability. Through this study will further explore theprocess for rapid prototyping of bionic bone into bone tissue engineering, thusproviding a theoretical basis for future bone tissue engineering research andapplications.
