Traditional electric-machine converter natural frequency and bandwidth limits the development of the traditional electro-hydraulic servo valve, with the widely application of the fluid drive and servo control system puts forward higher requirements on the electro-hydraulic servo valve, such as higher control precision, faster response speed and a greater control flow, etc., in the present study status quo, GMM has many superior performance is more and more recognition, the current domestic application of basic research on GMM is still very weak, the application research on electro-hydraulic servo valve is more weak, therefore, research on this topic will be giant magnetostrictive material is applied to the fluid components, in order to improve the response speed and control precision of servo valve, solve the drive and control of servo valve, in-depth GMM in the application of fluid components; By joining in the GMA and servo valve valve amplification mechanism effectively, make input valve core displacement increases, increased body circulation of minimum size, improve the servo valve’s ability to resist pollution, increase the output flow of servo valve.Many advantages of this article is based on GMM, we design a servo valve with converter GMA, analysis on the static and dynamic theory, and establish the mathematical model and simulation model, the simulation results show that the GMA step rise time7r is0.31ms, steady output force can be up to1138.9N,the output displacement of91.9um, shows that GMA has fast response speed, big output power, output and other significant characteristics of large displacement.At the same time based on the GMA, choose hydraulic pressure decay displacement magnification structure, designed based on GMA straight lift large flow concrete structure of the electro-hydraulic servo valve, and USES the theoretical analysis, the method of combining static and dynamic simulation analysis to its overall structure and the parameters for the in-depth analysis and research. The results show that the GMA straight moving type electro-hydraulic servo valve in the10Mpa oil supply pressure, the output flow rate of50.19L/min, rising step response time of0.7ms, bandwidth was739Hz and phase margin is70°, amplitude margin for26dB; Choose the oil supply pressure, throttle side round, radial clearance, equivalent mass, equivalent damping coefficient can be improved based on the characteristics of the GMA electro-hydraulic servo valve.Visible, based on GMA direct-acting type electro-hydraulic servo valve has high bandwidth, fast response, stability is good wait for a characteristic, USES the hydraulic pressure decay displacement magnification structure, greatly increasing the servo valve output flow, can satisfy the military industry, aerospace, engineering machinery and other fields of high frequency, large flow, strong ability to resist pollution, etc.
