Study On The Layout Optimization For Primary School Of Xinzheng

Primary school education facilities as social service is an important supportsystem of city function，which is to improve people’s livelihood and realize theimportant content of social fairness and justice. Primary school education as thematerial carrier of educational facilities, its scientific and reasonable layout toimprove the equalization of educational facilities, space allocation, efficiency isimportant standard use of land resourcesand meet the future development ofeducation. Therefore, primary school education for the layout is an improvement ofthe livelihood of the people, and is the basic project to build a harmonious socialistsociety.In recent years, driven by the central plains economic region、the metropolitanarea of Zhengzhou and the Zhengzhou aviation economy comprehensiveexperimentation area，Xinzheng city’s development into the fast lane, such asaccelerated the process of urbanization, rapid urban construction, growing urbanpopulation. However, duing to the irrational land use in primary education, whichcause the school the uneven spatial distribution as well as the existing primary schooleducation facilities can not meet the demand, and cause a series of problems. Theseproblems become the hindering factors in economic and social development ofXinzheng city.Therefore, the discussion on the primary school education facilities ofthe center city with the method to optimize the layout strategy, combined with theactual situation of Xinzheng city landlayout optimization design, which is of a greatimportance and urgent work. In this paper, through studying the literature at homeand abroad, land layouttheory and practice experience about primary schooleducation of domestic and abroad is teased. On the basis of the analysis land usestatus of primary school education facilities in Xinzheng, summed up the problems.The paper gives the main causes of the problem and put forward the ideas andprinciples of layout optimization about primary school. Land layout optimizationevaluation system of urban primary school is established from five aspects, including distribution, students, school size, ability of school service and land environment.This study use suitability optimization design layout of land by methods of cityplanning, and proposes the implementation strategies and suggestions to optimizelayout with primary school from the land supply, the school construction subject,phased construction, in order to promote primary school education of Xinzheng withoptimized layout and perfect.This study is divided into four parts:The first part: put forward the problem. This part includes the first chapter andthe second chapter. The first chapter describes the research background, researchpurpose, significance, research scope, research method and content, and givesframework of this study. In the second chapter, the basic theories supported thisresearch are ascertained, and the relevant theoretical research results with practicalexperience at home and abroad are combed.The second part: analysis of the problems. After holding the development ofXinzheng and the education situation accurately, problems in land space layout andland use are summed up,and the causes of the problem are analyzed.The third part: to solve the problem. In this section, the fourth chapter and thefifth chapter is included. In the fourth chapter, according to problems of land layout inprimary school, principles and ideas for optimal layout is proposed. In the section ofideas for optimal layout, optimized layout evaluation system is established and theoptimization measures to adjust the layout is put forward. In the end，optimizationdesign of land layout about primary school is carried out. The fifth chapter issuggestions to implement.The fourth part: conclusion and prospect. Firstly, this paper is summarized, andthen analyzed the deficiencies and putted forward the direction of further study.
