Aircraft deicing vehicle as a member of the airport ground equipment, plays a prominentrole in the north airport maintenance at winter flight. However,our country lags behind in thisfield, the current equipment is almost imports, domestic only Weihai Guangtai developedWGCB series of deicing vehicle, has not been widely adopted, so the research on this field isvery necessary. This paper combines the mentor program "airport ground equipment chassisdevelopment study", with the exception of the steering system of the vehicle as the researchobject, theory analysis and experimental verification was carried out to study.As part of the vehicle chassis for the new development, the research process involves thefollowing parts:1, type selection calculation. Of all the components of steering system aretheoretically calculated, building components for Sql server database, automatic screeningmodels from the database by using C#programming.2, establish the load sensing steeringsystem model. The steering system consists of three major components: priority valve,hydraulic pump, steering gear, establishes mathematical model, analysis the key controlparameters, as theoretical support for the response of dynamic simulation model. Based on thephysical structure, establishing the AMESim model of the components of the load sensingsteering system.3, simulation research. With variable pump, pump for the hydraulic source toconstruct load sensing steering system, study the response of the steering system underdifferent conditions. According to the simulation results: steering system with variablepump will be more energy saving, to adapt to the development requirements.In current study of steering system, generally not to the hydraulic pump for modeling, butinstead of using the equivalent flow mode. But in the high hydraulic pressure source is usuallyprovided by a plunger pump, flow pulsation of its influence on the system can not be ignored;However,high pressure oil has different response in different diameter and different materialpipeline. Through simulation research, the outlet pressure and flow of piston pump is notimmutable and frozen when turning, but a range of the non-stop shaking; There aredifferent influences on the stability of different hydraulic diameters on the steering system.Finally, according to the simulation results, combined with the real vehicle test, use ofvariable pump as the load sensing hydraulic steering system is still able to reach the purpose ofsensitive steering, easy turning.
