Aircraft deicing scheduling of multi-deicing bays(MDB) is a process that classifying deicing bits reasonably according to the flights information, presetting aircraft queuing mode,and then assigning the applying flight to the queue based on setting goals and scheduling rules. What's more, the aircraft deicing queuing process and the scheduling issues are decision problems that containing uncertainty. Therefore, under the conditions of information uncertainty, conducting research and optimization for aircraft queuing and deicing scheduling of the MDB for easing airport flight delays in winter.This paper analyzed the practical situations of many centralized deicing bays carefully and established the aircraft queuing model of the MDB based on multi-server queuing system theory in queuing theories. In a word, it's to make pre-classification and fair allocation for deicing bits according to the flights information in order to decrease the holding time of all the deicing aircrafts in the deicing system and allivate the flight delays problem due to the disorder of deicing process.To ensure the reasonable establishment of the queuing model, to take all the interests of airports, airlines and ground service companies into account, and to meet the random and changing of the aircraft deicing scheduling process, the paper established scheduling model combined with game theory which is adapt to aircraft queue. Based on the software MATLAB, the dynamic flights data of Beijing Capital Airport in winter was used for simulation experiments of the model designed in this article. Simulation results show that the classification and fair allocation of the deicing bay can decrease the holding time of all the deicing aircrafts in the deicing system and relieve the deicing jam in peak hours, the model also presents the relationship between MDB inputs and aircraft's holding time and guarantees the fairness of the deicing resources allocation. Besides, this research provides a new method for airports' deicing operation and deicing bay construction.
