The Sustainable Development Of Northeast Rural Residential Interior Design

In2010the rural residential area in our country is23000000000square meters,which accounts for about60%of the total area. In recent years, with the farmers’ incomeincreasing and the introduction of policies from which rural residents benefit alot, rural housing construction has entered a new period. As the central first document wasput forward, farmers concentrated residential areas, the modern rural community and thenew farmers apartment in different regions become increasingly prosperous. At the same time,new phenomenon of occupying and wasting land appear such as “one size fits all” program,demolition and reconstruction of the rural residential areas in a rush, constructingnew buildings without the demolition of the old,"one household, multiple housing lands", etc.one-sided pursuit of large area with multi-floor style while neglecting the actual useefficiency,blind pursuit of form while neglecting functional rationality, and waste because ofthe incomprehension of the new building and decoration materials run contrary to thesustainable development of the energy-saving emission reduction concept proposed in ourcountry. Therefore, the northeast rural development system in our country should be built assoon as possible.However, the new rural construction is a long-term, systematic and fundamentally socialproject, which can not achieve great success in two or three years. The long-term strategyand in-depth study of and planning are needed and promoted cooperatively. Therefore, reformof the traditional rural should be put on an important position and be taken as a focus of theconstruction of new countryside. Research on the relationship between rural construction andsustainable development should be carried on first for the new rural construction, whichinvolves the residential design problem.In the premise of a serious shortage of the world’s energy, it is necessary to explore thesustainable theoretical system and the design method suitable for indoor environment designsin rural areas of the NortheastThis paper is divided into four parts: carry out research according to the status ofrural living environment in northeast area and put forward the problem;analyze and point out the factors which influence the sustainable development of rural residential area ofthe Northeast; with the research results, summarize the rural residential housing design whichmeet the sustainable development in Northeast China, and take further research, includingindoor layout; point out the significance of development of the rural living space in future.
