In recent years, the electric network scale is bigger and bigger, but voltage qualityproblem has been the main problem of power system. If the problem is not solved, itwill affect people’s lives, the normal production of industry and agriculture seriously.Therefore, the voltage optimization adjustment and management is very importantand necessary.First of all, the content of the voltage optimization adjustment and managementwas expatiated in this paper, the research of the current voltage optimizationadjustment and management algorithm were analyzed and summarized. And voltageoptimization adjustment and management model is put forward. Minimumcompensation capacity is taken as main function, and the degree of the node voltagelimit as penalty function, the objective function is composite.Genetic algorithm and the immune system were expounded, and the twoalgorithms were combined to form the immune genetic algorithm. Compared withgenetic algorithm, the advantage of the immune genetic algorithm was analyzed. Theimmune genetic algorithm was changed, then the Search speed became faster.C language was used to form the three forms of Newton’s method flow calculationprogram, including the Newton’s method in the polar coordinate tide, the Newton’smethod in the Cartesian coordinates, the PQ decomposition method. The advantagesand disadvantages of three types of flow algorithm were compared.Optimization program, C language was used to form the program of immunegenetic algorithm, immune genetic algorithm was combined with the flow calculationprogram. A comprehensive integrated voltage optimization adjustment andmanagement procedures was formed. And the MFC was used to realize interface ofthe program in the software, Visual C++6.0, to make optimization operation moresimple and intuitive.On the example, the improved Ward-Hale6node system, improved WSCC9node example and improved IEEE30node system were used. The optimization resultsprove the convergence and the robustness of improved algorithm are well fully. Finally, the programs of the algorithm and interfaces were used to optimize thepower grid of local area in the XIN Yang, and the good result was obtained. Onsearching the optimum solution, the performances of new algorithm prove to be wellfully.
