When a reciprocating compressor is working, the gas excitation force producesvibration in pipeline, which has a significant impact on the reliable operation of theentire pipeline system,therefore, the study of the mechanism of piping vibration andimproving the safe operation of reciprocating compressors have a significance meanfor practical project.In this paper, it was established pipeline column acoustic and structural modelbased on the finite element and deeply analyzed the piping vibration mechanismtogether with experiment. Specific contents are summarized below:It was established pipeline column acoustic of reciprocating compressor pipingmodel by Acoustic Fluctuations Principle, calculated the column natural frequenciesby Unsymmetric, got the result that the length of straight pipe influence columnnatural frequency and the position of providing the buffer separator or a connectingpipe length or other factors affect the natural frequency of the column.It was established structural model of complex piping systems based on theStructural Dynamics Diagram, calculated structural natural frequency values basedBlock Lanczos to avoid structural resonances in Pipeline system.It was tested the structure natural frequency of complex piping systems based onSpectrum Analysis and compared the experimental data with the results of numericalsimulations.It is done acoustic simulation experiment for the natural frequency of the pipingcolumn, verified that the convenience and accuracy that we calculate gas naturalfrequency.Finally, it was analyzed the gas natural frequency and structural naturalfrequency calculated to get whether excitation frequency is equal to or close to acolumn or structural natural frequency and evaluated compressor safety, which wasprovide method and simplicity for the analyzing vibration characteristics of pipingsystems of reciprocating compressor.
