With the development of industrial technology and construction industries, moreand more construction waste in the city,"metabolism" process of accumulation, thevast majority of the waste is waste concrete. On the one hand, waste concreteaccording to the traditional way to transport, at a fixed location for simple landfill, thepassage of time will result in the construction of waste treatment costs increasing, italso covers growing; On the other hand, in order to prepare for construction ofconcrete aggregate thickness, you need to dig stone mountains, making landslides, soilerosion. This makes the current direction of development of the construction industryand social sustainable development strategy opposite. After cleaning the waste concrete, broken, recycled aggregate grading andcooperate with each other in accordance with a certain proportion obtained after usingit completely or partially replace natural aggregate concrete is formulated into arecycled concrete. Rational use of recycled concrete is to achieve a sustainabledevelopment path of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. This article provides an overview of the basic characteristics and mechanicalproperties of recycled concrete, describes the development and research status ofrecycled concrete. This paper in30normal concrete and150different recycled coarseaggregate replacement ratio of recycled concrete as the research object, carries on thecomparative fatigue experiments, the main work was done as following:1. Fatigue test of the30ordinary concrete, get the residual strength of ordinaryconcrete, stiffness with increasing fatigue cycles of decline.2. Base on120different substitution rates of recycled concrete fatigue strengthtest, and through experimental determination of residual strength of recycled aggregateconcrete under various dosage calculated regenerative residual stiffness of concrete. The following conclusions under the same conditions the number of fatigue, recycled concrete residual strength and residual stiffness with increasing substitution rate ofdecline.3. The recycled concrete and ordinary concrete experimental fatigue tests werecompared, and study the s-n curves under various dosage proposed to replace therecycled aggregate rate and cyclic loading times, based on predicted residual fatiguestrength, stiffness unified formula.4. In order to test the validity of the proposed formula, pouring a total of30twokinds of recycled concrete test blocks to be verified. After remaining on the fatiguestrength of the test block, stiffness compared with the predicted value estimates, thepredicted results are more accurate.
