There is a cable-stayed bridge in Wuhan, whose span is260m, and width isgradually changing from39.0m (standard width) to49.899m.The design bearingcapacity of the bridge is1000t and the cantilever casting section has the largest bearingcapacity of nearly900t. This such ultra width bridge deck, the long section, the weightbig bridge design proposed to the construction the stern test, has completed in at presentand in the bridge which constructs, the similar bridge quite is scarce. No matter it isrear-support hanging basket or guyed travelers, both are difficult to deal with super widedeck double plane cable-stayed bridge of of cantilever casting construction alone.Therefore, ultra wide variable cross-section bridge cantilever construction andsimulation research, has important theoretical and engineering significance. The mainwork and conclusions are as follows:1. This article presents the integrated use of rear-support hanging basket and guyedtravelers, novel conception,using the lateral stability of triangle hanging basket andthe guyed travelers is lightsome. Triangle Hanging Basket of Complex Guyed is acombination of rear-support hanging basket and guyed travelers constructiontechnology characteristics and form, give full play to their advantages, to try newcantilever casting technology.2. Triangle Hanging Basket of Complex Guyed can realize variable width of bridgeconstruction. By adding one or several pieces of truss, adjust the connection betweenthe two pieces of truss system, changing the span of beam, which can realize variablewidth of bridge construction.3. According to the design construction blueprint, using finite element analysissoftware Midas/civil2012to build three-dimensional finite element analysis model,the use unknown load coefficient function obtains the diagonal cable bridge to becomebridge condition slanting back guy tension reasonably. And simulates the solid bridgeconstruction process, uses the true thing law to carry on the computation analysis to theconstruction work, obtain construction phase cable force, determine a reasonableconstruction status.4. This article chooses the largest cantilever pouring construction phase stage tocarry on the analysis, the checking calculation, through diagonal cable-stayed tension, the amount of deflection, the king post bending moment, the host tower longitudinaldisplacement computed result analysis, in the cantilever casting construction processsatisfies the standard request. Compared the reasonable completion cable forces with thebridge construction stage cable forces, the difference is very small. This indicated thediagonal cable-stayed bridge simulation modeling calculations are accurate, can satisfythe project application request, which provides useful reference for the same type ofbridge design and construction.
