With the rapid development of the design and construction technology of cable-stayed bridge,extrodosed cable-stayed bridge,as a new type bridge between continuous bridge and cable-stayed bridge,has gradually become a new research field for bridge researchers,as a result,its design theory and construction technology become more and more mature.Extrodosed cable-stayed bridge has won great favor from most bridge designers owing to its economical and aesthetic value,and has been widely applied in China’s bridge construction,especially in urban bridge.Based on Chen Cun bridge,this paper focuses on key technology of hanging basket cantilever pouring for extradosed cable-stayed bridge with wide deck. Firstly,the triangle hanging basket for cantilever beam construction is designed according to the specific characteristics of the works,the work principle was introduced and the stress was checked with midas software. In this way, the adaptability of cantilever pouring by triangle hanging basket for extradosed cable-stayed bridge has been verified from strength,stiffness and stability. the key technology for the construction of main girder of extradosed cable-stayed bridge with cantilever hanging basket have been studied carefully with reference to practice,which includes the installation and test of the triangle hanging basket,the concrete pouring process for main girder cantilever, the installation of formwork, the binding of reinforcing bars, pouring and curing of concrete, application of prestress and grouting techniques. Thirdly, the geometry and internal force of the girder have been monitored timely during construction. guiding the moving and positioning of the basket, and determined the elevations of the girder formwork during installation, ensuring the security of bridge construction, and the compliance of bridge geometry and girder’s internal force meet with the design requirements.
