This paper takes a bridge of the Chongqing Fuling Pingtang River as the engineering background,and discusses the traditional triangle hanging basket exploratory transformation and the web health measures and the basket running system.At the same time,it also passes the verification of the actual engineering.The specific research work is as follows.1.The establishment of finite element model is based on the overall structure of the traditional steel hanging basket and the detailed structural form and size parameters of each component.The calculation and analysis of the stability and the anti-overturn of the main force components of the hanging basket proves that the traditional shape steel triangle hanging basket is able to meet the needs of the construction.But the running system is relatively primitive,and the whole basket is more cumbersome and therefore it is necessary to improve.2.This paper puts forward by changing the main truss suspension basket condole belt and bottom basket strap steel type and size,increasing front cross member's section steel size and so on to optimize the hanging basket,and calculates the main stress components by establishing a finite element model of hanging basket.Through the using of different types of steel as a cable belt and straps of the triangle basket contrast analysis,it proves that the improved finishing thread steel triangle hanging basket is able to satisfy the need of construction.Due to the moderate deformed of the finishing thread steel and the lightness of its material and the ease of construction,it is desirable as a material for the cable belt and strap.3.We find the problem of the lateral concrete curing the web,and discuss the feasibility of curing the web with variable height.Through the construction of the maintenance of the operating frame anchored in the triangle basket,the outer web with variable height basically could be maintained.4.We compare the running system of the traditional and adding hydraulic cylinder,and find this hanging basket's deficiency and discuss the feasibility of adding a hydraulic cylinder.Adding a hydraulic cylinder between the main truss and track of the hanging basket is able to greatly relieve the strength of the workers.
