In China, private cars become more and more common in households, independent automobile brand stores can be seen in nearly every city for providing car supplement and repairmen. For designers and constructers, seeking ways to control cost and to maximize the function of the shop building are primary concerns.In the course of project, the author tries to apply value analysis method to the site election and building cost budget of the Ford independent automobile brand stores.The innovation of this thesis lies on adapting value analysis method and figuring out rational output-input ratios of different part of the building which are displayed in statistic charts. And in conclusion, the author creatively works out a comparatively optimized model of architectural design and site election as well internal decoration, which establishes an evaluation framework be evaluated individually controlled for the design, and can be directly used by independent automobile brand stores builders. Finally this method will provide a reference for future class architectural design optimization.
