Abstract:Nowadays, energy is an important material basis for human survival and development, is a major strategic issues related to economic development, national security and national interests, China must vigorously develop the heavy haul railway, in order to meet the needs of the development of the national economy. Heavy haul railway technology development is a complicated system engineering, involving many departments of disciplines, need different innovation subjects to participate in this project, the integrated innovation can be very good to gather more innovation main body strength, serving for the development of heavy haul railway, so to build a integrated innovation platform based on Heavy Haul Railway NEW technology innovation is very necessary.The writer mainly uses literature survey method, empirical research method, comparative and inductive method to carry out the. Based on the basic principle of integrated innovation, analyzed the connotation of the heavy haul railway integrated innovation, defines the heavy haul railway integrated innovation.On the base of defining the heavy haul railway integrated innovation, technology innovation platform construction of heavy haul railway, analyzes the concept model and elements. The innovation platform for heavy haul railway constructed in this paper is composed of six elements of technology, knowledge, talent, capital, organization, system composition, which is the core elements. Platform features include integration of resources, collaboration, information sharing, this paper expounds the three functional meaning and the realization path. Finally, taking SH group as an example, analysis of the SH group of heavy haul railway technology innovation platform implementation background, forms and functions.20charts,2tables,76references.
