With the development of the World’s Heavy-Haul Train, Heavy-Haul Train represents the national railway transport capacity,so vigorously development of Heavy-Haul Train becomes the general direction of the railway transport mode.The network control of the Heavy-Haul Train is the core technology of the train,by now.DDU is an integral part of the network control, it plays an inestimable role in train-monitoring, human-machine communication etc. However, the DDU of the Heavy-Haul Train of my country depends on foreign production, controlled by others, so the localization of DDU is imperative.This thesis comes mainly from the DDU localization, and the project is cooperated with CNR Dalian Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd.. The paper is main contents of "semi-physical development platform development and research", which belongs to the project of "based on the FIP network locomotive driver display unit product the DDU technology development’This paper, firstly, described the macroscopic current situation of the domestic and international heavy haul railway, introduced microscopic two typical overloaded electric locomotives, the present situation of locomotive network control, so as to describe the background of this article completed.Secondly, introduced the WorldFIP the network bus technology’s developments, structures and principles,as well as the development process of interface in detail.Thirdly, we introduced the requirement analysis of development platform, including the software and key hardware.Fourthly, to design the main software modules of the network control development platform, mainly including software processes, the setting of data stream and logical judgment, also introduced the various modules.At last, to do the conformance test for development platform, enabled the transmit data and status of module be consistent, to achieve the production requirements, and described the most important software FipWatch of WorldFIP network bus test.We finally completed the development of the development platform and summed up the paper work well.This platform connected the real DDU and the virtual MPU, virtual BCU and virtual TCU through WorldFIP network bus. The virtual BCU and the virtual TCU can simulate the action of the locomotive, and send it to the virtual MPU in order to do logic judgment and then sent it to the real DDU. To display the simulation action of the virtual BCU and virtual TCU in DDU, so as to do ground detection analysis and test DDU whether it meets the standards of production.
