Abstract:Firstly, the value of reliability study is introduced, then, the analytic method of track structure strength, the interaction between beam and rail at home and abroad are narrated. Two span and32meter T-beam as the subject in the study is determined preliminarily. The reliability is analysed by using ANSYS and MATLAB.Secondly, some typical methods of reliability design and ANSYS realization method of reliability numerical analysis are introduced briefly. Some forms of rail failure and corresponding analysis methods are discussed systematically. It chooses the failure of the track strength of the CWR on bridge as the object of study. The finite-element model is founded by using ANSYS and the reliability of the model is analysed in the process module, then it gets the failure probability of structure and sensitivity of each parameter. The process of reliability analysis involves element’s simulation, stiffness matrices’confirmation and fitting of random variable of all kinds of structure. In the last, the track strength reliability of the CWR on bridge is analysed by using MATLAB. There are8kinds of condition are set by means of the Monte-Carlo simulation, then, the corresponding index and the sensitivities of random variables are analysed. Comparing the result by ANSYS and the result by MATLAB, the reliable indicators calculated by ANSYS are close to those by means of MATLAB under the same conditions, and the influence of each parameter is exactly the same. In addition, the sensitivity of parameters and the relativity of structural failure can be helpful to adjust parameters later and make sure the safety index of structure attain ideal result. This article has Figure38,Table11,Reference71.
