Study On The Method To Determine The Reliable Index Of Structure Target Based On Expense Benefit Analysis

In this paper,the objective reliability index of structure is determined based on cost benefit analysis.By reviewing a large number of related documents,we summarize the steps of using the cost benefit analysis method to determine the target reliability index,and select a case to analyze and solve it,and determine the target reliability index based on the design life.Specific research work is as follows:The objective function of the cost benefit analysis is determined,that is,the difference between the benefit and the cost.For the convenience calculation,the objective function is reduced to the minimum value of the cost.The cost cycle of the whole life cycle is studied,and the whole life cycle is divided into four stages:the initial construction stage,the maintenance and conservation stage,and the retirement stage.The cost expression of each stage is analyzed,stage cost of the expression,and integration,to obtain the total cost expression.In this paper,three kinds of cost structure expressions are given,and the third cost structure is taken as the basis.The steps of using the cost benefit analysis method to find the target reliability index are summarized:Firstly,the structural bearing capacity and the force are analyzed to determine the relationship between the structural parameters and the failure probability.The structural parameters are used to express the attenuation of the resistance,And then obtains the relationship between the new failure probability and the structural parameter.Then,the cost function analysis is carried out by using the cost function of failure,and the minimum cost of failure is obtained.Through the change,the lowest reliable index is obtained,that is,the target reliable index.The method of cost benefit analysis method is used to analyze a proposed structure.Through ANSYS analysis and self-made MATLAB program,the required parameters are obtained.The different functions are obtained by the continuous fitting of the obtained function relation.To obtain its target reliability index.
