With the rapid development of technological and economic, the advanced structure theory, efficient computing technology, new construction technology and high strength, lightweight building materials, for the height of the building to create favorable conditions for further breakthroughs, people building height fierce competition has prompted the world's building height charts replacement. Because the inner climbing tower crane can be saved, reduce the tower height restriction of vertical load, climbing and other advantages, is the important equipment of high-rise, super high-rise building construction. At the same time, climbing tower crane climbing depends on its supporting system, super high-rise supporting technology research methods to improve the internal climbing tower crane has become a new topic, has the very realistic significance. In the construction of Shenyang Henglong Plaza Twin Towers building height will reach 350 meters, is the northeast first high buildings, which belongs to the high-rise building. The building uses two Taiwan luffing jib tower crane for hoisting in construction, due to space constraints and structural features of the building itself so that the tower crane (ZSL2700) must be in the building core wall hanging up in works. The subject of the internal climbing tower crane climbing support system is studied, including the support structure and wall embedded parts design and calculation. The main content of this thesis includes the following aspects:First, according to the ZSL2700 core structure arm type internal climbing tower crane structure and Henglong Plaza of Shenyang were analyzed to climb the tower planning; Second, according to their own planning and climb performance and features ZSL2700 tower crane, layout study from two angles and the force structure of the tower crane support structure, the support structure to determine its composition program; Third, according to the study ZSL2700 tower support structures, in order to reduce the force on the girder structure passed building, the main structure of the beam with end moment weaken this innovative technology to ensure that the tower crane at the top of the building thinner wall support work safety; Fourth,in determining the support structure, based on the finite element method using ANSYS mechanical state of the supporting structure of the study, combined with manual calculations to analyze the structure stress limit state, to ensure reasonable safety and reliability of structures; Firth, research embedded parts of the wall thickness of the different forms of structure and use ZSL2700 tower crane support structure of the wall of the force analysis of embedded parts of the state by force, to ensure the structural strength of embedded parts. According to the calculation results of the analysis, structural analysis and determine a reasonable form of embedded parts, and tested at the construction site to determine its reasonableness. The research and development of supporting structure and embedded parts by Nanjing Zhongsheng construction machine limited company production, application of Twin Towers square building construction and the construction of three second construction engineering limited company the Shenyang henglong. To ensure the smooth climbing tower crane and subjected to the verification work, support structure and embedded parts in this research is successful. The results of this research can ensure the smooth construction of Shenyang Henglong Plaza Twin Towers building, provide a reference technology and experience for future similar buildings in the construction of tower crane support.
