Abstract:China is a mountainous country. The construction of the highway leads many high slopes to form. Slope has closely relationship with landslide, collapse, debris flow, and this geology hazard has great harm to the people’s safety of life and property. Therefore, it is necessary for slope reinforcement. Grouting reinforcement slope, the corresponding part of the grouting in broken hydraulic slope, slope stability to improve technology based on reinforcing the soft soil, in theory and engineering practice have achieved certain results. On the base of the slope reinforcement theory and practice of literature in domestic and abroad by grouting, and according to the background of Xu-Huai expressway, some researches have been done in this dissertation. I.e. through the indoor experiment, the optimum cement ratio, grouting material physical and mechanical properties and the initial setting and final setting time is then determined, by analysis of grouting reinforcement slope mechanism, the grouting pressure and grouting diffusion radius formula will be deduced. Combined with the arms on the left slope reinforcement engineering practice highway K20+800-K20+935, concrete engineering scheme was put forward. After the numerical simulation, the effectiveness of the strengthening method is verified. The main research contents are as follows:(1) The test on the water mud, water glass sand, cement, fly ash cement and fly ash cement sand five kinds of grouting materials have been carried out, the results show that the cement sand fly ash grouting liquid with higher strength, inject ability is better, and the cost is lower;(2) Through the grouting reinforcement slope mechanism analysis, the mechanism of cement based grouting material in the basic law of slope seepage is discussed, and on the base of the relationship between grouting, grouting pressure and diffusion radius is inferred;(3) Application of research results in the K20+800-K20+935of Xu-Huai Express left slope and with PLAXIS numerical simulation software, slope stability comparison and analysis are made, where reinforcement in engineering practice on the of before and after grouting.
