Bridge in the natural environment and the long-term use of the environment under load, ofen occers injury and disease, carrying capacity drops, seriously affect the normal use of the bridge. It has the important engineering value and significance to maintain, strengthen and rehabilitate the existing bridges for the purpose of keeping their servideability and extending their service life.Prestressed composite mortar strengthening technology is a new type of wire rope strengthening technology using small diameter prestressed steel wire rope as a medium of exerting prestressing, through the anchor is passed on to the reinforced structure, and improve the old bridge bearing capacity with wire rope by composite mortar protective method. It has obvious advantages:small diameter wire rope anchor more easily, and can be reliable delivery prestressed high strength, composite mortar can be reliable bonded to the steel wire rope and the beam body, it has the function of the anchoring and prestressed reinforcement corrosion prevention, extending the durability of the reinforcing system; exerting prestress caused a certain degree of the arch, reduced the internal force caused by the weight, greatly improve the safety performance of the bridge.This article first to adopt prestressed steel wire composite mortar reinforced concrete rectangular beams and studies through the experiment the bending capacity, test including one root contrast beam and four reinforcement beams, analyze the different arrangement of wire rope and the influence of the bending capacity of composite mortar, and by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software simulate nonlinear numerical for wire rope testing process of strengthening beam and no reinforcement beam, compared the finite element model analysis results with the test results, verify the reliability of test results, at the same time analyze in finite element parameters of flexural reinforcement, analyze the strength of concrete and the steel wire rope tension control stress on the crack load and yield load of the strengthened beam, use prestressed steel wire composite mortar strengthening design method on actual bridge reinforcement project, comparative analyze the tested on the deflection, strain data, prestressed steel wire reinforcement method can improve the bearing capacity of the bridge, largely improve the mechanical performance of the bridge, the bridge structure stress cracks have better effect, and the composite mortar can prolong the service life of the prestressed steel wire rope, it has good durability.
