Common reinforcement methods of concrete bridges at home and abroad aremainly as follows:enlarging section method,steel plate pasting method,fiberreinforced composites (FRP) pasting method,steel wire mesh-polymer mortarreinforcement method,and external prestressing method.However,along with the rapideconomic growth,engineering community raised more and taller requirement tostructure reinforcement technology.Without interruptting the use of structure inworking condition,exploring the efficient,simple,economical and practical method ofstructure reinforcement,has been becoming the new subject in the study of structuralreinforcement design and research.Based on the active reinforcement method of prestressed reinforcement in vitro,ahigh strength prestressed steel strand-composite mortar flexural strengthening of newtechnology is presented in this paper,this reinforcement technology has the followingadvantages:(1)Effectively improving the beam flexural capacity and stiffness,betterconstraining the development of cracks;(2)Force of each wire rope tension isrelatively small, wich contribute to simplify the tension and anchor;(3) Reinforcementcan implement in the case of unloading;(4) High utilization rate of materials.The main research contents are as follows:1.Resistance to bending experimental study on the use of prestressed steel wirerope-composite mortar reinforced concrete rectangular beams in this article includethree parts, respectively such as:(1) material testing;(2) a certain linear relationshipbetween the torque and wire bundle tension has been determined through the steelbeam tension testing.(3) through the direct reinforcement beam test and holding loadreinforcement beam test, research the bending resistance,deformation characteristicsand failure pattern of reinforcement beams after using the reintorcement technology.2.Calculation of theoretical analysis on the high strength prestressed steel bundle-composite mortar reinforcement technology is implemented to deduct the formula ofcracking load,yield load,ultimate load and cracking stiffness, yielding stiffness andultimate stiffness.3.Through MATLAB numerical analysis program,research the flexuralperformance influence of reinforcement beams with different steel beam prestressdegree and steel beam area.Analysis results show that the numerical results are ingood agreement with the experimental results and the program can well simulate the mechanical properties and deformation performance of the reinforcement beams.The experimental research and parameter analysis of the four beams verify theeffectiveness of the reinforcement technology and on the basis of which, here putforward the corresponding theoretical formula.
