With the trains running on the bridge, the bridge structure would generate about dynamicimpact that would bring with vibration on bridge,on the contrary, there would have asignificant impact with the safety of operation and stability on the vehicle. its load is themovement of the train for the system of vehicle-bridge coupling, with the speed of the trainchanged, its loading frequency will change. Thus may cause the resonance of axle coupledsystem, and the growth of the vibration of the bridge or the vehicle. Therefore, there is hasa important action of researching the resonance of axle coupled system,it is a theoreticalsignificance and practical significance of the project.This paper mainly from the following aspects to research and analysis with the system ofvehicle-bridge coupling,based on the studies of previous Scholar.Firstly, there are establish a23degrees of freedom of vehicle model, which consists of abody, bogie and wheel and spring-damper suspension, the model of bridge uses with Eulerbeam model instead, which discrete a finite element model of a three-dimensional space,consider with the force of wheel-rail contact. there is use with modal synthesis method todiscretea the unit, then it use with the boundary conditions of sub-structure to conduct oncoordinate transformation, thus establish the equation of vibration of coupled.Secondly, in order to represent of the random process with simulate a sufficient length oftime domain samples, which are use with track irregularity as the main source ofexcitation.then,it is use the time-domain sample to input in the axle system, and use themethod of the step-by-step integration to solve the equation, it based on the withMATLAB as the main software of programming Compiler, conduct with numericalcalculation to obtain the system response of time history. there are Based on the ANSYS thatis a software of analysis of the finite element, use for the powerful processor of pretreatmentand after-treatment to conduct with modal analysis of Charpy. Simultaneously, there wouldmaintain with consistency to a few pre-order mode of vibration before numerical calculation.Thirdly, there are the factors of influence which caused about the resonance such as,speed of vehicle, bridges span and across several, action of track irregularity, compared andanalysis with graph of time-history response,it is proposed when along with the speed, crossthe bridge and other factors change, have a important impact on causing the axle resonance,on the process of axle coupling, so that you can limit the speed of vehicle when across thebridge, or to provide a analysis and support of theoretical in the structure of bridge span etc.Fourthly, to simulate and analysis with the system of train-bridge coupling using ANSYSthat is a software of analysis of the finite element.to compare and analysis with effect on which frequency of train loading frequency, compared with the theory of reality, which putforward some useful suggestions which has important significance on the safety of operationand stability on the vehicle in real life.
