Research On Greening Construction Of Urban Residential District In Yuhuan

In this paper,we conducted a sample survey on the residential area greening of Yuhuan County,Zhejiang Province,mainly focusing the greening indicators of the residential areas,the application of green plants of residential areas,the planting structure of residential areas,in which we did a more comprehensive study and achieved the desired goal.The research results are as follows:(1) The greening indicators of residential area:the indicators such as greening rate, center public green space and the per capita public green area of Yuhuan Haidu Garden, Hualong Times Square and Suboer Biguiyuan basically reached the required standards of Yuhuan County and the State. The greening level of the public green space of the three sampled residential area levels. The indicator of per capita public green space of the Well-off residential areas and High-end residential areas outperforms the basic residential areas. In the future development of the standard of per capita public green space of residential areas, we suggest to perform a comprehensive condideration of the number of residential building, the storey, and the structure. We can do more research and development work on the Green roofs, because the three sampled residential areas have a large construction area, wu encourage vertical greening, such as roof greening and terrace greening.(2) The application of green plant of residential area:the three sampled residential areas are the main representatives of basic residential area, well-off residential area and high-end residential area in Yuhuan County, the application of green plants is very various and rich,reflecting areas with a certain geographical features. We suggest to make full use of native green plants,while paying attention to the adaptiation ability of new external plants and the ecological environment. We also suggest to improve the quality of the green residential area, strengthen the application of woody plants is a good way. Appropriate increase in a single block of green land area can greatly improve the richness of the green plants, which are more favorable ecological diversity of residential areas. (3) The planting structure of residential area:the higher the grade of residential areas, the higher degree of rationality of green planting structure should be. There is a gap on the degree of rationality of green planting structure between the basic residential area and high-end residential area. There is not a correspond relationship between the comprehensive evaluation score of green planting structure of the residential area and the greening indicator of the environment. The more kinds of the green planting species, the higher score of the green planting structure, and the higher greening level, there is a certain correlation between the three factors. Green building levels have some impact on the rates of residential areas, the higher green building level can improve the price of real estate.
