In this paper, the contents mainly includes two parts:the first, for multilayer piezoelectric ceramic transformer with low power, two kinds of working modes and the equivalent circuit diagram are established. The influence of many factors on power of MPT is analyzed deeply in order to improve its power. The second part,10KV intermediate car power switch cabinet contact plate locking device has been studied in order to enhance the safety in the process of equipment maintenance.The main content of the first part, the influence on the power of MPT has been theoretically studied by the various parameters of equivalent circuit. Such as, the input impedance、output capacitance、frequency and load impedance, etc. These physical quantities will undoubtedly has great effect on the working characteristics of MPT, but to meet the needs of different practical applications, we should also study piezoelectric ceramic materials, working mode and outline shape. On the premise of not reducing the piezoelectric properties, the voltage ratio and power of the MPT can be improved by properly reducing the input resistance and output capacitanceAt the same time, the input and output properties of one kind of MPT were measured and analyzed theoretically when it works in different mode. For new work mode, the resonant frequency is larger than that of normal mode, the input impedance and capacity decrease. The vibration mode is different from normal work mode. And the magnitude of output voltage and output power is larger than that of normal work mode. The results calculated theoretically by equivalent circuit are very consistent with experiments. These results may be useful in improving the structure design of MPT and enlarging its applied field.The main content of the second part, this paper designs a new device which is10KV intermediate car power switch cabinet contact baffle locking device. Displacement of the car and the temperature and humidity of the cabinet inside are displayed on the screen through advanced sensor technology, digital display technology, low power consumption technology, electromagnetic adsorption technology and voice alarm technology, etc. When the car is repaired, in the switch cabinet, the situation of contact baffle’s opening and closure can be displayed timely through real-time monitoring position mobile data of the car.10KV intermediate car power switch cabinet contact baffle locking device uses adding contact baffle lock device. When the switch of the car was pulled to overhaul location, inside ark contact baffle was fixed by locked device. Close contact fallen can’t directly face to operator, which can eliminate security risk of equipment operating and repairing work.
