With the increasing promoting of smart energy meter, energy accounting accuracyhas been greatly improved, with completing of the collection system construction forelectricity consumption data, the proportion of automatic data collection is increasinglyhigh for electricity accounts. Metering accuracy depends on power meters and collectionequipment, performance of them has an important relationship with economic benefitsfor electricity supply side and the electricity consumers. In today’s society, the EMC ofmeasurement and collection devices are increasingly stringent, requirements of thesedevices against electromagnetic interference performance are more obvious. Therefore,carrying out a study of RF radiated immunity test system.Relying on anechoic chamber in North Hebei Power Company metering center,participation in the design of RF radiated immunity test system for measuring andcollecting equipment. By determining the selection for sources, amplifiers, directionalcouplers and other test equipments, a radio-frequency radiation immunity test system hasbeen built.And software used for test has been developed.Studied the expanded uncertainty and calibration methods for RF radiated immunitytest system. A model of the test system is established, setting the standard uncertainty ofeach model uncertainty factors, calculating expanded uncertainty of test system. Duringthe test system uncertainty analysis, the uncertainty is considered from two aspects:equipment and venue. According these, using Class B evaluation method, each standarduncertainty factors have been evaluated. The uncertainty of EMS system is obtained. Theobject in calibration is maximum uniformity domain of the test site, the optimum positionof the antenna is calculated by the maximum uniformity domain, according to the studiesfor layout, the maximum uniformity domain is calibrated by using a constant fieldstrength.Using RF radiation immunity test system to carry out the test, three meters arechosen for EMS test. On this test system, they all don’t appear abnormal situation inprocess and after completion for the test by comparing test memory data. In the end,electricity meter immunity with uncertain values has been obtained. |
