Voltage is an important index of power quality, voltage quality of power systemsecurity and economic operation, to ensure user safety in production and productquality as well as the electrical equipment safety and life has an important influence.Power system reactive power compensation and reactive power balance is the basiccondition to ensure the quality of voltage, effectively control and reasonable reactivepower compensation, not only can ensure the quality of voltage, and improve thestability and safety of the power system operation, reduce the loss of electrical power,give full play to the economic benefits of electric power. Xingtai power grid AVCautomatic voltage control of technical conditions and the operation managementpattern, an urgent need to achieve automatic optimization of reactive power andvoltage control, of Xingtai power grid security, stability, economic operation hasimportant significanceFirst, this paper expounds the mode of Xingtai power grid AVC systemcomposition, Xingtai power grid AVC implementation is based on the power systemdispatching OPEN3000integration design, automatic operation control and targetdata statistics. Second, further study of the Xingtai power grid AVC system structureand control strategy, it is a hierarchical control strategy based on dynamicpartitioning of reactive voltage automatic control. At the same time, introduced indetail the principle of dynamic partitioning hierarchical control mode. Finally,Xingtai power grid were analyzed and summarized in this paper on the constructionof automatic voltage control (AVC) system and the running effect, this paperintroduces the Xingtai power grid AVC system implementation process, and inXingtai power substation, in the case of three110kV substations operation data as anexample, analyzed the problems of the AVC system control strategy application, andsubsequent improvement plan is put forward.
