As the rapid development of large capacity, high voltage grade and interregional power grid, in order to ensure the safety, quality and economic operation of power grid,put forward higher standards and more stringent requirements on voltage quality. The grid voltage quality is an important indicator of power quality. In order to further improve the quality of the main power grid voltage, reduce the network loss, achieve the goal of grid operation online control, reduce the labor intensity of personnel on duty of artificial adjusting voltage, development and research of grid automatic voltage control system is very necessary, it provides advanced technology for modern power grid security and stability control. In this paper the power grid in Liaoning, the interconnected system reactive voltage optimization algorithm based on AVC control framework is studied.At first, the power grid automatic voltage control strategy is researched. With the guidelines for the power system voltage and reactive power technology and the State Grid Corporation issued "the quality of electric power system voltage and reactive power management regulation" as the basis, in combination with the practical situation of Liaoning power grid, Liaoning power grid automatic voltage control strategy is researched, understand the control strategy and scope of application, determine the power grid automatic voltage control objectives and control mode.Secondly, the actual power grid reactive voltage distribution is analyzed. Use of Liaoning power grid data operation schemes in 2013, the steady state analysis method,further study of actual grid reactive voltage distribution, provide data basis rationality and practicability for the power grid automatic voltage control strategy.Then, the AVC control framework and model is analyzed. With the Liaoning power grid as an example, set up automatic voltage control target, build plan of Liaoning power grid AVC control system framework, model and use the largest operation section data of Liaoning power network in the winter of 2013, all kinds of control strategy is validated by simulation results advantages and disadvantages.At last, the control strategy of the AVC is formulated. Combined with the data,literature and the simulation results, formulate AVC control strategy suitable for Liaoning power grid.
