At present, the research on optimal control strategy of reactive power and voltage in regional power grid,has become a hot topic in this industry. While it has a series of achievements, there are still some problems to be solved, especially the regulating devices frequently movement problem, which to a large extent affect the effect of reactive voltage control. Therefore, compared with the previous traditional reactive voltage control method of weak technology, this paper carried out comprehensive optimization strategy for regional power grid reactive Voltage Control research, which is based on the existing dispatching automation system OPEN3000 platform to expand the development of reactive Voltage on-line Automatic Control system(Automatic Voltage Control, hereinafter referred to as the AVC), coordination with the regional power grid reactive Voltage Control run offline calculation and analysis methods. Its main research contents are as follows:First of all, starting from the basic principle of reactive power and voltage control, we have further research for the main may and operation mode of the reactive voltage control in regional power grid. On basis of the theory, the reactive voltage control in regional power grid online function design and model construction has also been complete. Then, integrating the physical architecture and software of AVC system in regional power grid, the regional power grid based the primary implementation process and control strategy of on-line reactive voltage optimization control of AVC system are studied and analyzed. Through to the regional power grid dialectical offline calculation of reactive voltage control, we afterwards further analyzes the AVC system in regional power grid operation produces significant benefits and its regulation lack, combined with the simulation research of the current regional power grid reactive voltage control is mainly produced by the problems of regulating equipment frequent action reasons and countermeasures. Finally, according to other some regulation problems of small scale, once again,we further study of reactive power compensation configuration optimization strategy, software function optimization strategy and the optimization of strategy management and maintenance. This topic research innovation points are:This paper based on the research of the mechanism of reactive voltage control, put forward in the county integrated hierarchical partition where the brown OPEN3000 system integration design of coordinated control of the optimal model. For reactive voltage control system online strategy implementation, this paper puts forward the traditional "nine area improvement strategy of local correction control algorithm, which to a certain extent, reduced the pressure regulating device frequently the phenomenon of action. At the same time, combining with the off-line calculation and analysis results of reactive voltage control, and digital simulation using Matlab/Simulink modeling, the authors put forward to resolve the regional power grid reactive voltage control main problems of optimal control strategy, the simulation results show that the optimization strategy can effectively solve the problem of pressure regulating devices frequently. The most important of all, this article is based on offline and online collaborative regulating mode, build the regional power grid reactive voltage control system for the optimization strategy, thus further realize the regional power grid reactive power voltage optimal control goal, and improve the power quality system.
