| Since the trial run of the first subway line in1971has been in just40years, thedevelopment and construction of urban railway system has been expanding rapidly inMainland China. We have seen the birth, the growth and now the dominance of the urbanrapid rail transit in megacities of China. In addition, facing with a stern fact that most citieshas been crammed with sprawling highways, seething passenger flows and skyrocketingnumbers of vehicles, for the rapid, on time, large capacity and small occupation of land, urbanrailway system has become the most important strategy in major Chinese cities. However, theurban railway system is not perfect, it still facing a lot of challenge in its construction anddevelopment: first of all, as a relatively new mode of transport, the proportion of urbanrailway system in public transportation share is still small; in addition, because of the defectof its high cost, designed station often far away from each other, the urban railway system isdestined impossible to completely carry urban public transportation passenger. Corresponding, even in the domestic city which has formed the net scale, and its network coverage,accessibility and maturity is still far less than normal bus network; For most domestic citieswhich have built rail transit, normal bus network is still the backbone of the public transportnetwork. Therefore, the combination and the complement of urban rail transit and normal busare become particularly important, coordinate transfer between two kinds of modes oftransportation has more special significance.In this article, firstly, by analyzing the features of urban railway system and normal bus,confirming the urban railway system as the backbone and conventional bus verticallyconnected to it, this is the fishbone comprehensive distributed framework; then combinedwith the system it elaborate the conception of the coordination, and confirm the definition,the goal and the principle of the transfer between the urban railway system and conventionalbus; then according to the function and the structure of the transfer junction,confirming itssignificant for the urban railway system and conventional bus, combining the conception ofthe time coordination degree and the capacity coordination degree does some furtheranalysis for transfer coordination in the junction.In this article, after fully discuss and analyze for two kinds of transportation’s transferjunction, introducing the evaluation theory model of the AHP Multi-level Fuzzy Synthesis,and selecting ten indicators like the policies and regulations of the urban public transportationto coordinate, regulatory agency of the urban public transportation to coordinate,servicecoordination, comprehensive network density,comprehensive network coverage, linerepetition rate, time coordination degree in the transfer junction, capacity coordination degreein the transfer junction, the cost of the construction and operation for the urban pubic transportation, urban pubic transportation operating income and so on, combine the AHPMulti-level Fuzzy Synthesis to evaluate the coordination between the urban railway systemand conventional bus.In the end, this article select the1st line after in Lanzhou which is under construction, setan example as the transfer coordination between the1st line and existing conventional bususing pre-section’s research result to calculate, and put forward some feasible suggestion foroptimization and adjustment of conventional public net when after1st line built in operation. |
