With the rapid development of high-speed trains, besides high speed and high safety,people have paid more attention the ride comfort. The comfort of traditional trains is theinfluence of vibration, shock, noise generated by trains on passengers at run time. Comparedwith the traditional trains, high-speed trains adopts full sealed structure, and the ride comforthas influenced by operational performance, air quality, air pressure, passenger room, interiorlighting, interior environment, and individual service. Physiological reaction of the bodydirectly reflects the comfort of high-speed trains, so the paper focuses on the research of thephysiological comfort of high-speed trains, and improves factors which have affected thephysiological comfort. It will help to improve the overall comfort level of high-speed trains.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Construction of the comfort comprehensive evaluation model of high-speed trainsThe main body of the model is passengers, high-speed trains and passenger environment.The model studied on the index importance of the comfort of high-speed trains, and provideda scientific theory foundation for the establishment of the comfort evaluation model ofhigh-speed trains.(2) Determination of the research method of judgment matrix of physiological comfort ofhigh-speed trains based on group decision makingFirstly, constructing the distortion function has made up the different degrees ofdistortion, which produced after the initial information processed and due to the difference ofevery decision maker’s preference, social status, social experience, knowledge level and soon.Secondly, the research on the design of table in the group decision making, and theconversion method between table and the corresponding judgment matrix, have effectivelysolved the contradiction between judges really viewed can not be seen from judgment matrixand it is there. It has ensured the objectivity and authenticity of the initial informationprocessed by decision makers, and the accuracy and scientific of evaluation results.(3) Research on the physiological comfort evaluation model of high-speed trainsFirstly, compared with AHP, ANP is more effective when the actual problem existing ininternal and external dependence.Secondly, constructing the physiological comfort comprehensive evaluation model ofhigh-speed trains based on physiological factors and the judgment matrix of the physiologicalcomfort comprehensive evaluation index based on group decision making.Finally, calculated the weight of various indicators of the physiological comfort ofhigh-speed trains through the Super Decision software assisting the analytic network process, which provided the scientific theoretical basis to improve and enhance the overall comfortlevel of high-speed trains in China.(4) Research on the sound insulation technology of high-speed trainsSome measures about the sound insulation technology of high-speed trains are putforward according to the analysis on the physiological comfort comprehensive evaluationindex of high-speed trains in this paper. The technical standards will eliminate factors whichmake human physiology uncomfortable and relay improvement to the overall comfort ofhigh-speed trains.
