With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China, the project of speeding up the localization of high-speed train operation technology is under way. Not only is it necessary to strengthen the research on operation technology to further improve the manufacturing technology, equipment and process standards of the high-speed train, it is also urgent to enhance the research on theories relevant to the comfort for passengers. This dissertation makes a quantitative and systematic analysis of the degree of comfort of the passengers, explores and improves the analysis on comfort as well as its evaluation theory and establishes the analysis on the comfort for high-speed train, evaluation model and track parameter optimization method based on the comfort by using intelligent algorithm and multivariate analysis method in order to provide a more comprehensive theoretical method and reference for the design and manufacturing, track design and optimization of the new generation of higher-speed trains in our country.Based on the related research both abroad and at home, this dissertation focuses on the comfort evaluation of high-speed trains. By using theories such as fuzzy rough sets and multivariate connection number as well as the qualitative and quantitative methods, it establishes a comfort evaluation model of high-speed trains, makes an in-depth research on key problems such as the construction and optimization of multivariate comfort model and its evaluation index system, weight calibration method, and so on. In addition, it applies the comfort evaluation to the design and optimization of track parameter for high-speed railway and establishes a model of a design and optimization for high-speed railway tracks based on the comfort. The dissertation attempts to do some research in the following 5 aspects. First of all, it establishes a complex multivariate comfort system of passengers- centered on probing and analyzing the connotation of comfort and its evolution, and makes a systematical analysis of the mutual influential relationship between passengers, high-speed trains, track quality, overall performance of train environment, and operation management. According to the relevant theories such as ergonomics and rolling stock dynamics, this dissertation constructs a multivariate comfort model based on the physical comfort in Human Dynamics, psychological comfort in Human Psychology and physiological comfort in Human Physiology.Secondly, by means of researching and analyzing the features of evaluation index including noise, pressure, air quality and the environment along with passengers’ personalized demand and services and related calculation methods, a multivariate comfort perception model for high-speed trains, with passengers centered and passenger’s somesthesia, vision, hearing, smell input, are also constructed, as well as a multivariate comfort evaluation system and the standard limit value interval of corresponding indices of high-speed trains. Meanwhile,an in-depth research and analysis on the redundancy and inclusion relationship of multivariate comfort evaluation system has been made; Combined with the theories of rough set, gray clustering and network analysis method, the optimization methods of the evaluation index system based on gray rough sets of high-speed trains diverse comfort, and evaluation index weight demarcation system based on the weight of ANP & VPRS are built to guide the evaluation index weight demarcation so as to make the index weight more objective and reasonable.Thirdly, by learning and researching complex system performance evaluation method, combined with evaluation index system and the corresponding optimization method, the study used the theories of rough sets, fuzzy mathematics and multidimensional connecting number, set up two evaluation models of multivariate comfort FRS high-speed trains based on fuzzy rough sets and multidimensional rough sets respectively, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the models have been verified through empirical calculations and analysis.Fourthly, the relationship between the high-speed railway circuit parameters and comfort is studied and analyzed systematically. Combined with the IS02631 ISO standards and the design normalization of high-speed railway, the valuation methods and evaluation levels based on circuit parameters of high-speed train comfort are established and the further analysis has been made based on design mechanism of circuit parameters, focusing on the minimum design of radius of surface curve and optimization problems.Last but not the least, this dissertation simulates and implements the established aspects revolving around high-speed train multivariate comfort evaluation system, index weight demarcation, comfort evaluation, track design, optimization model and methods. The overall frame structure, information process and subsystem’s function of high-speed train multivariate comfort evaluation have been designed in detail; at the same time, combined with functional interface, system testing and analysis of operating results, this dissertation further verifies the theories and methods which it puts forward. The feasibility and effectiveness of the established model has been proved.
