Study On The Planning Of Green System For The New District In Shenyang Based On Green Infrustructure

Currently, China is in a period of rapid urbanization, the urban sprawl has generated a lot of new urban areas, the development and construction of new urban areas has an important roleto promote local economic development and expanding urban framework. However, During the process of the new district urbanization, Contradiction between the growth demand and carrying capacity for natural resources and the ground space of villages has been increasingly prominent, and the residents’ environment have been destroyed. Besides the theory and methods of our village green space system plan is lagging behind, Most of the theory and methods are following the traditional city green space system plan. However, the theory and methods have not been complied with the actual demands of the construction of urban new district village green spaces, Therefore we urgently need to optimize the existing green space system planning theories and methods that can solve the practical problems in the construction of new urban green space. Green infrastructure as a theory emphasizes the optimization of land use and functionality to maximize the benefits of planning Theory; it can give useful guidance for green space system plan practice and be a positive meaning to address the problem of urban green space system plan for New District towns.This paper was studied on Shenbei green system, analyzes the status quo of Shenbei green system, potential problems and describes the optimization of countermeasures and suggestions to solve green system problems of Shenbei by introducing GI concept. The study found that Shenbei green system existed point of view limitations on green classification, lacking of consideration on ecological functions; Shenbei green space system planning and layout are mostly beside the road, lacking of recreational parkland and roadside parks which can provide for people nearby; The planning approach of which dependent on the master plan strictly has ignored the organic integrity and continuity of the new city area greenbelt system. Single green system evaluation methods only consider the number of objects and neglect of the evaluation of the quality; the existence of green system layout is always besides Gray infrastructure, it has no active plans. And analyzes the advantage on the concept of green infrastructure in terms of green space system planning, such as Dverse content planning, Coordinated planning scale,and After the green space system planning with functional diversity, integrated and sustainable development benefits and so on. Based on the above analysis, The strategy and solution were proposed for solving the problem of green system planning in the Shenbei New Area, and aimed to provide a theoretical foundation for green system planning and construction in this area in the future.
