The corrugated roller is core component of corrugated board production lineļ¼ŒCorrugated roller processing manufacture, heat treatment process and installationaccuracy decides the technical level of the whole packaging machinery industry. Themain parts of the corrugating roll is tooth, it is similar to the toothed gear, and the gearare very different, the corrugating roller gear tooth top and a circular arc-shapedgroove, the root of the tooth with a smooth curve connecting the teeth top of the arcand arc tooth groove. Current national standard only requires a high degree of teeth,the number and width of these parameters on paper consumption has a direct impacton paper. In addition, tooth top arc and arc tooth groove parameters are the mainparameters of the roller gear meshing is good or bad quality paper core forming thekey. Corrugated roller teeth due to wear and easy to break, so meshing characteristicsof the corrugating rolls tooth and analyze and optimize design parameters for reducingthe roll paper core forming tooth wear and has a very high quality of researchsignificance.The main topic is the optimization method for corrugating meshingcharacteristics and main parameters were studied and analyzed, the purpose is toimprove the stability of Corrugated meshing teeth to reduce roll wear and prolong thelife of Corrugated. The main work of this research in the following areas:(1) Characteristics of Corrugated institutions, reference gear meshingcharacteristics of Corrugated characteristics, as well as the establishment of kinematicequations Corrugated.(2) For kinematic equations Corrugated, Corrugated determine the optimaldesign variables, objective function and constraints, using MATLAB optimizationtoolbox for corrugating rollers teeth to optimize the design.(3) According to the Corrugated parameters optimized using Soliworks softwarefor three-dimensional modeling, and simulation software ADAMS import kinematicsand dynamics simulation analysis to verify the reasonableness of the optimizedparameters.(4) Research tooth wear mechanisms corrugating rolls, and the intensity of theroller teeth were checked, and further verify the reasonableness of the optimized parameters.(5) The use of finite element analysis software, SolidWorks Simulation on thestrength of the teeth and corrugating rolls modal finite element analysis to verify thereasonableness of the optimized parameters again.
