| This thesis chooses usual four types of corrugated flutes such as A, C, B, E in corrugated paperboard product line. The corrugated roller intensity analysis and calculating and corrugated roller parametric design and validating are studied, the theory research and simulation analysis of the corrugated roller intensity calculating and simulation analysis are developed. In the part of the corrugated roller intensity analysis and calculating, the calculating courses of middle height, flexible curve equation, primary paper inside strain when rounding teeth peak, corrugated ratio, teeth angle, wear and tear ratio, teeth peak general angle and so on are detailed discussed, in addition, corresponding calculating formulae are given. Finite Element Method and ANSYS software are used to analyze corrugated roller load state in practice and simulate corrugated roller load infliction state immediately and computer the data of middle height and dangerous side when the two corrugated rollers meshing. Its parametric design method is studied in the part of the corrugated roller parametric design and validating, including parameters inputting module, results outputting module, validating module. On base of Visual C++, compiling corresponding process which can realize corrugated roller parameters inputting and some important parameters calculating result, this programmer can validate whether inputting parameters are right. |
