Climate change is the most important environmental issues that humanity face inthe21st century, the world have began to paying more attention and carried outgreenhouse gas emission reduction action in full swing. our country also began to takea series of measures to intensify efforts to adjust the energy structure and reduceenergy consumption and carbon emissions. To reduce the coal based energyconsumption in the electric power industry, vigorously develop solar and otherrenewable resources is effective and necessary way to reduce carbon dioxideemissions.The12th-Five Year Plan For National Economic and Social Development has putforward to establish the carbon emissions trading market gradually in the future andperfect the statistics and accounting system of Greenhouse gas(GHG) to promote itsdevelop smoothly. To explore and perfect the accounting methods of greenhousegases actively has important practical significance.This thesis takes Rooftop photovoltaic grid power generation project as researchobject, based on the CDM methodology, explored the evaluation method of carbonemission reduction for Rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation project inChina,to evaluate carbon emission reduction effect of project activities. First of all,According to the actual characteristics of Rooftop photovoltaic grid-connected powergeneration project, refer to the CDM methodology, put forward the evaluation methodof solar photovoltaic power generation project emission reduction,and analysised anddiscussed carbon emissions of different grid connected photovoltaic power generationproject baseline scenario; secondly, combined roof photovoltaic grid-connected powergeneration project to verify the scientific nature and operability of the method, and onthis basis last, analysed the factors that affect the carbon emission reduction effect ofphotovoltaic system; finally, extending from the angle of life cycle, analyze andevaluate the carbon emission reduction effect by using LCA evaluation method forroof photovoltaic grid connected system. This study provides a reference for thequantitative evaluation of carbon emission reduction effect of photovoltaic powergeneration projects in China, and analyzed the significant carbon mitigation potential of photovoltaic power generation projec all life cycle, it has particular significancefor promoting the popularization of photovoltaic power generation project in ourcountry.
