ABSTRACT:Automatic train supervision system (Automatic Train Supervision, ATS) is one important part of the automatic train control system (Automatic Train Control, ATC). It provides a train across the board and signal equipment monitoring platform for the subway operation personnel. Though other signal equipments, ATS can obtain the real-time status information of signal and train operations, and display the information to dispatchers. The dispatchers send out the control command according to the scene.At present, the ATS system at home and abroad basically use the private communication protocol to communicate between each module. So It may lead to serious problems, for example the complexity of data flow, the maintaining exclusively by the equipment provider, difficulties in joint development, etc..OPC UA (Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control Unified Architecture) standard is an industrial software application interface specification that OPC foundation launched in2006.In this paper, it puts forward a scheme which is using OPC UA technology to improve the ATS system for solving the issues above. The unified object enterprise manufacturing model and schema definition, using Web Service, XML,.Net technology to realize the system information interaction, model import, software development, is a service oriented architecture. In this thesis, firstly we analyzes the problems existing in current ATS system, put forward the improvement of ATS system requirements. The detailed description of the OPC UA technology to use to illustrate the basic concept, in the improvement of ATS system will be used to OPC UA and modeling, analysis of OPC UA technology is used in a variety of advantages in the improvement of ATS system. Also, we describe the use of OPC UA technology improvement scheme of ATS system architecture, analysis and improvement of ATS before and after improvement, and were compared with the improving requirement of ATS system, ATS system by OPC based on UA technology solutions to meet the needs of. We provide a modeling tool for data modeling on the ATS system in the OPC UA technology. And we represent the basic idea of a detailed description of modeling tools and modeling tool, function and implementation detail. Finally, we show the use of the actual case of the ATS system of the improved scheme and modeling tool for testing, on the basis of the test results analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various scheme to improve ATS system OPC based on UA technology, as well as the analysis of modeling tools use effect, advantages and disadvantages as well as tools.
